Music is often a back door to the heart and mind, and as such, it can be a powerful tool for inspiration, hope, challenge, and practical change. Touchstone offers two musicians as resources.
Jim has performed concerts, participated in songwriter showcases, led worship, and provided special music and house concerts all over the world. At a Jim Weber event you will laugh, sing, tap something, clap something, shake something, feel something, and think something. You might cry. And you will feel deeply. The rhythm will move you. So will the words. And the melodies will speak for themselves. You will be challenged, encouraged, and comforted. And you will like it.
Jim has a long list of writing credits. For example, he’s had songs cut by Amy Grant, Helen Bayler, and lots of others. He’s written Dove Award winning youth choir musicals. And he’s recorded eight albums of his own.
Jim leads worship with an eye toward getting people involved in a way that makes worship real and practical to them. Whether the mood is fun and danceable, quiet and reflective, or intense and challenging, Jim’s worship sessions are intended to take the worshipper a step closer to Christ. That way, when the music stops, the worship won’t!
